Bonnie & Clyde Food Craft Services were born out of the lack of rural craft services for media productions around York / Durham Regions and the G.T.A.

catering to those functions held outside the usual city / town - close at hand, amenities alternatives. Sure, you can get someone to come out, but by mid-week you realize you're not their priority. And often catering companies in rural areas and suburbs are not accustomed to tv, film or video production craft services, as opposed to a catering service. Quiet on the set!

Healthy Juices and Snacks

Bonnie & Clyde recognize that what the Producers or Production Managers want is the bottom line and strive to deliver just that - with a little extra. Home cooking is their style, including the morning snacks, fresh baked goods, fresh fruit, coffee, juices - but it's sumptuous meals that leave crew, staff and talent happy and productive. Traditional chicken and dumplings perhaps or maybe you like curried w pineapple...or for vegans / vegetarians - B&C's clients raved at their special prepared meals and snacks!

Headed up by Wunder-Cook Shelley Nadeau, the Bonnie Lass of the operation, who learned to cook delicious meals within a budget from first having to as a single / mom, and then from being on-set - initially hired for something else - but by shoots end, showcasing some of her cuisine prowess, which transformed into getting offered the next shoot as craft services provider... and then the next....

It was only a natural that Tom's Top 10 would tackle pizza delivery. Tom's first job in the restaurant business was with Pat & Marios Restaurants at their first ever store located on Ravel Road in Toronto, Ontario and the first main claim to fame in the kitchen before become Kitchen Manager was the pizza flipper! TP was the fastest in the house, trained by the original management from the Mother's Pizza chain which was all owned by Yesac Corporation - Caseys spelt backwards - another "chain" restaurant-bar they owned.

But back to pizza! We took great pride in prepping the dough, adding just the right amount of yeast and allowing for overnight proof time so the pizza pies were absolutely perfecto! We used a conveyor type oven so they went in one side and out the other done, cut, and thrown up in the window with the P&M's signature mix of grated mozzarella and brick cheese's part of the secret to their popularity and their deep dish pie!.
